AlphaLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Your license is personal — account sharing or reselling access is strictly prohibited
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content or software from the Service
• You may not use the Service's data or analysis for commercial redistribution
• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract source code
• You may not use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service

Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

AlphaLabs offers subscription-based access to premium features. Payments are processed as a single one-time charge for your chosen plan period through Midtrans, our payment processor.

• One-time billing: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually purchase a new plan when your current period expires.
• Activation: Access is activated immediately upon confirmed payment.
• Plan periods: 1 Month (30 days), 3 Months (90 days), or 1 Year (365 days) from the date of activation.
• Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice. Changes apply only to future purchases, not active subscriptions.
• Payment processing: All transactions are handled by Midtrans. AlphaLabs does not store your payment card details.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Service, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

• Technical failure: If the Service is completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an error on our side, you may request a prorated credit for the affected days.
• Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification.
• No refund for partial use: Unused time remaining on an active subscription is not refunded if you choose to cancel or if your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Refund requests must be submitted to fadly@alphalabs.live within 7 days of the payment date.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Not Financial Advice: All content on AlphaLabs — including market news, economic calendar data, currency strength analysis, and AI-generated analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

AI-Generated Analysis: Portions of the analysis and commentary on this platform are generated by artificial intelligence systems. AI-generated content may contain errors, be outdated, or reflect model limitations. Do not rely on AI-generated analysis as a sole basis for any financial decision. AlphaLabs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.

Third-Party Data: Market data, news, and economic events are sourced from third parties. AlphaLabs is not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in third-party data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaLabs and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to AlphaLabs in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws, including UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).

Data We Collect:

• Account data: Email address and name (via Google OAuth sign-in)
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session activity to improve the Service
• Telegram data: If you connect your Telegram account for notifications, we store your Telegram user ID to deliver alerts. We do not access your Telegram messages or contacts.
• Payment data: Transaction records (plan type, date, status). Payment card details are handled entirely by Midtrans and are not stored by us.

How We Use Your Data: To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send Telegram notifications you have opted into, and communicate important updates about your account.

Data Retention: Account data is retained for the duration of your account and up to 2 years after account closure for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Your Rights: Under UU PDP, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at fadly@alphalabs.live.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not share your account with others — each subscription is for one individual user only
• Notify us immediately at fadly@alphalabs.live if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• AlphaLabs will never ask for your password via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable Indonesian or international law or regulation
• Involves scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of data from the platform
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Redistributes, resells, or commercially exploits the Service's content or data
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with any entity
• Introduces malware, viruses, or harmful code to the Service

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination for breach, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription. You may appeal a termination decision by contacting us at fadly@alphalabs.live within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (Hukum Republik Indonesia). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (such as clarifications or corrections) may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
